Asheville Area Visitors Center Sponsorship Opportunities

The Asheville Visitors Center welcomes nearly 200,000 people a year to our region, many of them looking to relocate here. There are many ways to showcase your company in the visitors center; available opportunities are listed below. Mantle Sponsor Bi-Monthly At the information Desk, the Asheville Visitor Center staff and volunteers give personal attention to visitors while answering questions and giving general assistance. The mantle directly behind the staff will capture the attention of the visitor with your personalized three-dimensional display. Available: March - April 2009 - $450 May - June 2009 - $450 September - October 2009 - $450 November - December 2009 - $450

	24 Hour Visitor Information Board Sponsor This sponsorship entails a 5" x 7" ad located outside the main entrance of the Visitors Center. This beautiful information board, designed and created by local artist, Stefan Bonitz, will showcase your business to visitors 24 hours a day. Available: October - December 2009 - $400

Accommodations Board 2009 Make sure your business is recognized with an insert on the accomodations board. Each listing includes a 5”x7” picture; 2”x7” descriptive space; and a direct phone line to your business. Space on Accommodations Board $500 Annual.

Attractions / Restaurant 2009 Make sure your business is recognized with an insert on the attraction and restaurant board. Each listing includes a 5”x7” picture; 2”x7” descriptive space; and a direct phone line to your business. The accommodation industry is not eligible for this sponsorship due to conflict of interest. Space on Attractions / Restaurants Board $150 Annual

Media Presentation Sponsor Capture the visitors’ attention as you dazzle them with your commercial on a 42” plasma screen TV inside the brochure room. The power of this media will give your business maximum exposure…on the big screen! The commercial may be 30 seconds to one minute in length and must be produced by the sponsor. Available: October - December 2008 - $1,000 January - March 2009 - $1,000 April - June 2009 - $1,000

2009 Window Display Sponsor Attract the interest of the guests and visitors of the Visitor Center and the Chamber of Commerce with your dynamic, three-dimensional display. The west-facing windows of the center have three 4’ x 6’ opportunities to give your business the added exposure. Available: January - March 2009 - $700 July - September 2009 - $850 October - December 2009 - $950

Retail Sponsor of the Month Highlight your product in The Asheville Shop, the gift shop of the Visitor Center. Your display will greet everyone who enters the shop with its close proximity to the register. Whether your product is carried in the gift shop or not, you will have the opportunity to add to your sales through this sponsorship. Available: August 2008 - $250 November 2008 - $250 December 2008 - $250 January 2009 - $250 February 2009 - $250 March 2009 - $250 April 2009 - $250
