2009 ATHENA Nomination Form

The ATHENA Award recognizes a woman who has attained the highest level of professional excellence in business or a man who has sponsored women in reaching their fullest potential. The ATHENA Awards program is designed to support the continued growth and development of working women in the greater Asheville area and honors women as valued business and professional leaders in their community.

Nominee Criteria

1. Demonstrates excellence, creativity, and initiative in business or profession.
2. Provides valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.
3. Assists women in reaching their full leadership potential.
4. Must be a member of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.
