We're For Business awards luncheon recognizes area businesses based on team accomplishments.  The luncheon is Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa.  The event will include a networking opportunity, lunch and an awards ceremony.  The Chamber will award the:

• Over the Top amazing customer service award presented by First Citizens Bank
• One for All outstanding commitment to community award presented by McDonald's
• Out on a Limb exceptionally innovative business award presented by George's Stor-mor
• Go Green Award presented by Forest Commercial Bank

This week the Chamber Blog has information on an upcoming performance by the Asheville Arts Center of the Broadway hit Into the Woods.  Funds raised by the performance will benefit the Asheville Arts Center scholarship fund, so every child can enjoy the arts in our community.
