6th Annual Job Fair Boasts Record Numbers
The 6th Annual Homecoming Job Fair presented by Sun Trust Bank hosted its largest employer participation at 84 registered companies on Dec. 29, 2011 with over 1,300 jobs represented. Job seeker attendance also reached a new high estimated at over 3,000. Several human resource professionals from various participating companies commented on the preparation and quality of job seekers this year. This was due in part to the added Job Seeker Seminar held in advance of the Job Fair and seminars held on-site. A special thanks is owed to all of the sponsors, partipating companies and volunteers that make this annual event possible for our community.
