Currently, over 30 organizations participate in Inclusive Hiring Partners. We are community-based organizations providing wraparound social services, and employers offering jobs with competitive total compensation—including wages, benefits, career development, and supportive work environments that promote long-term success. Local employer partners are in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, construction, local government, and professional services industries. They range from multinational companies with hundreds of local employees to small, family-owned businesses. All employer partners offer guaranteed informational interviews. Guaranteed Informational Interview
When you see a job opening that looks interesting, we work with you to set up a guaranteed informational interview. Interviews are a great way to learn more about the work culture, job responsibilities, and other employment opportunities to find the right fit for you.
Job Retention
After you accept a job offer, we will continue to stay in touch to ensure that the onboarding process is successful for both you and the employer, while also gaining feedback about your experience. Additionally, we have financial assistance funding available.
Continuing Education & Certificates
We have training partners that offer short-term training and certificate programs that help you develop the skills needed for job readiness.
