IHP serves individuals in re-entry and recovery, Opportunity Youth (ages 16–24), veterans, individuals with disabilities, and survivors of domestic violence offering equitable access to jobs, training, and ongoing support.
With more than 30 participating organizations, IHP brings together community-based partners providing wraparound services and employers offering competitive total compensation—including wages, benefits, development, and supportive work environments that foster long-term success.
Employer partners span advanced manufacturing, healthcare, construction, local government, and professional services, ranging from multinational companies to small, family-owned businesses. All offer guaranteed informational interviews to help candidates explore opportunities and find the right fit.
