Event Refund Policy
The Chamber requires payment in advance for admission to all Chamber events, due to commitments to our vendors. Chamber event fees (regardless of attendance) are refundable only if a cancellation notice is received at least two weeks prior to the event.
Photo Release Form
At Chamber events, pictures may be taken of attendees. Attendees grant the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., permission to use their likeness in a photograph, video, advertising or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
Attendees authorize the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, individuals waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their likeness appears. Additionally, they waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
At various points on our site, you may provide personal contact information to ask for information, register for an event, provide feedback or request written materials. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
