Tell us about your business

Our mission is to create a welcoming, energetic community where neighbors come together through shared interests, wellness activities, life-long learning and meaningful connections. From fitness centers and clubs to social events and enrichment programs, everything we offer is designed with our residents’ lifestyles in mind.

We officially open our doors in Winter 2026 and are currently building our Founders Club – our very first residents who receive exclusive perks and early access to everything Chorus has to offer.

As the Community Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations, resident services and community programming. My role is to ensure that every detail – from the amenities to the experiences – helps residents feel at home and supported in this next exciting chapter of life.

What experiences do you strive to create for your customers?

At Chorus Asheville, we strive to create experiences that spark joy, connection and a true sense of belonging for our residents. Every detail of our community is designed to go beyond housing. It’s about lifestyle. From wellness and fitness programs that support physical health, to clubs, social gatherings and life-long learning opportunities that inspire growth and creativity, our goal is to foster a vibrant environment where neighbors become friends.

We want our residents to feel engaged, supported and celebrated in every season of life. Whether it’s enjoying a scenic walk along Hominy Creek, attending a cooking class, joining a book club or simply gathering for happy hour with friends, the experiences we create are all about making daily life more fulfilling and meaningful.

What do you enjoy most about working in your industry?

What I enjoy most about working in this industry is the opportunity to build meaningful connections and create spaces where people feel a true sense of belonging. Every day is different. I get to plan experiences that bring residents together, support them through important life transitions, and see firsthand the joy that comes from community.

Through your experiences, what have you learned about customer service?

Through my experiences, I’ve learned that customer service is really about creating trust, listening with intention and following through with care. People want to feel heard, valued and supported. And, even small touches of kindness or attention to detail can make a big difference in their overall experience.
