Tell us about your business:
I started Trinity Movers WNC in 2021 with a simple but powerful purpose: to serve others through honest, reliable work rooted in faith and community. The name Trinity reflects not just my personal beliefs, but a commitment to operating this business with integrity, humility and service at the core.
At Trinity Movers WNC, our mission is to provide dependable, stress-free moving services that empower individuals and families to embrace new beginnings with confidence.
Moving can be one of the most stressful times in a person’s life, and I saw an opportunity to bring peace, care and trust into that process. I wanted to create a company that treats every customer like family, handles every move with respect and gives back to the community that has given us so much.
I stand behind every job that we do as the customer has direct contact with me throughout the move. I look and find the best talent in the moving industry in WNC and make sure they are part of our team to ensure our mission is being met.
For us, this is more than a business. It’s a mission to love our neighbors through the work we do every day.

What is the greatest lesson you’ve learned in business?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in this business is that — no matter how hard you try — you simply can’t please everyone. And that’s not from a lack of effort or care; it’s just a reality of working with the public, especially in a high-stress service like moving.
What matters most is staying true to your values: showing up on time, working with integrity, doing your best work and making things right when something doesn’t go as planned. We aim to treat every customer with respect and professionalism. But, I’ve learned not to let the rare negative experience define us or derail the mission.
Instead, we take feedback seriously, learn from every job and continue striving to serve our clients and community with excellence. At the end of the day, our reputation is built on consistency, honesty and the relationships we build — not on trying to be perfect for everyone.
What is your favorite part about doing business in the Asheville area?
One of the best parts about doing business in Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina region is the strong sense of community and connection. Asheville is a vibrant, growing area filled with diverse people who value authenticity, local support and meaningful relationships all of which align closely with our company’s values.
The natural beauty of the region also inspires us daily. Being surrounded by the mountains and close-knit neighborhoods motivates us to provide service that feels personal and trustworthy, like helping a neighbor move into their next chapter.
Additionally, Asheville’s thriving small business community creates opportunities for collaboration and partnership, allowing us to grow while giving back to the community that supports us.
Where do you see your business next?
Over the next year, my focus is on strengthening the foundation we’ve built at Trinity Movers WNC. That means continuing to refine our systems, investing in our team and growing our presence throughout Western North Carolina. We plan to add additional full-time crew members who align with our values and build more partnerships with local realtors, senior living communities and nonprofits.
The goal for the next year is sustainable growth, expanding our reach while maintaining the personal, faith-based service we’re known for.
In five years, I see Trinity Movers WNC becoming a leading name in regional moving services — known not just for quality, but for heart. We aim to expand into neighboring areas as well as establish a dedicated training and leadership development program for team members.
At our core, we’ll remain a company that puts people first (our team, our customers and our community) — guided by faith and committed to excellence in everything we do.
