An ideal mentor is a seasoned professional that is comfortable extending their professional network and connections to your mentee. The purpose of NEXT AVL is to enable second and third year students to expand their professional networks in the community so that they can to see themselves professionally in the community before they graduate. Mentors will need to commit 3-5 hours per month working with their mentee during the 9-month program. Please review the Program Guidelines for more information.
