WomanUP Award Nomination

WomanUP Awards honor innovators, mentors, entrepreneurs, executives, and rising stars in our business community. Honorees are women breaking barriers, leading with heart and shaping the future of our community.

The candidate’s company must be an Asheville Chamber member based in, founded in or with a significant presence in Buncombe County.

Winners are chosen by the WomanUP volunteer committee, comprised of representatives from small business to large corporations, based on the merit of the application and quality of supporting documentation. Winners are honored at the annual WomanUP Celebration.

Tips for submitting a nomination:

Self-nominations are encouraged.
Answer each question thoroughly. Winning nominations have complete paragraphs for each question.
Give specific examples to demonstrate the candidate’s contributions.
Nominations are accepted through Sept. 1, 2026
