The Buyer’s Agent of Asheville is a real estate brokerage exclusively committed to representing buyers. While every other real estate firm focus on the seller’s best interest, The Buyer’s Agent works to get the buyer the best price and terms without any conflicts of interest. We were founded in 2000 and in that time have helped hundreds of buyers find the home they loved. Relocating buyers have a specific interest in our services as they need a local contact they can trust to help them learn about local options in an unbiased way.

What’s a little known fact or trivia about your business?

One of the few real estate companies in the country with the buyer-only business model.

What was the biggest hurdle you had to overcome?

Surviving the great recession in 2008-2012 was tough, but in general just educating the market on our services and the benefits that we offer buyers.
