Chamber COVID-19 response

March 13, 2020

These are very fluid times. We all (as individuals, as organizations and as a community) are working to be nimble as information and recommendations about COVID-19 change. We will continue to update our blog with resources for businesses on COVID-19

In light of Governor Cooper’s recommendations for events and out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to suspend all Asheville Chamber face-to-face meetings and events through April 7 and our staff will be telecommuting beginning March 16. You may continue to reach us via email or leave a message on our voicemail.

We are exploring options for virtual events to keep you informed and connected even as social distancing is in place. Please check our event calendar for up-to-date information.

If you had a ticket to a cancelled event, you will receive a specific email notifying you of our plans around that event.

• Your ticket will automatically be transferred if the event is rescheduled.
• You may choose to donate the cost of the ticket to the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce Community Betterment Foundation, which supports economic development in our community. The foundation is a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
• You may request a refund.
