Production Worker

A company in Swannanoa is looking to add production workers to their team. Candidates selected for this position must have the ability to stand for the entire shift, have good dexterity and be able to see small pieces. You will be involved in the assembly of small parts. Schedule is Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am – 5pm with the possibility of overtime some Fridays. Pay is $10.00/hr. Project is forecasted to last 6 months with a strong possibility of permanent placement. Inside Sales Representative

A national company is seeking an energetic inside lead generator to join their team. This is their entry position in to the sales and marketing department and they promote from this position. You will act as a lead generator for the inside and outside sales teams. As you start, you work within a database to target a specific region of the country to uncover potential customers. You call businesses and ask qualifying questions to uncover potential customers in both the short and long term. Depending on the outcome of the call you determine the appropriate next step: call again, email, pass to inside or outside sales team, etc. As you learn that territory, your job expands to conducting internet research to uncover new prospects. This is a phone and computer driven position that requires a positive attitude, good listening skills and strong computer skills. This position requires around 60 phone dials per day. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Day time hours. Selected candidates will have had a position that required extensive amount of time on the phone.

Bench Technician/Travelling Installer

A local and growing wireless solutions company is looking for a Bench Technician/Travelling Installer to join their team. This position requires 50% travel doing install work such as: call buttons in movie theatres, receivers for wireless games and pagers, CVT software systems and 50% bench technician work doing testing and production. The selected candidate must be comfortable talking to customers, and have strong upper body physical strength. This position is forecasted to move in to a lead technician/install position in 6-12 months, so strong people skills are required. Preferred skills include: – Soldering, cordless drills, and voltage meter experience – Understanding of DC-DC converter circuits, amp circuits, transformers – Analog to digital conversion and RF experience – Ability to read schematics – Troubleshooting and Electrical experience This position requires a HS Diploma and the ability to travel frequently Monday through Friday. An employer in the area is seeking 2 experienced medical insurance follow up gurus to tackle a large project that should last 9 to 12 months. Schedule is Monday through Friday full time hours. You will work in partnership to manage, investigate and process outstanding medical claims. Claims will be from very recent to 2 years past due. You will reach out to, talk with and correspond with insurance companies 70% of the time. The remainder of the time will be interacting with individual payments. This position requires investigation, computer and high level people skills. Medical billing/insurance follow up experience required. You will handle many interactions that require delicate conversations and detailed processing, as to receive reimbursement for treatment, accurate and timely paperwork is required. $13/hr to $16/hr depending on experience.
