Mindy Wudarsky joins Asheville law firm

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP is pleased to welcome Mindy C. Wudarsky to the firm’s Asheville office where she’ll concentrate her practice in business and employment law.  Mindy has been representing clients in complex business litigation and transactional matters since 2008.  She works closely with businesses to implement practices and procedures that will reduce their overall risk and help avoid litigation.  Mindy regularly advises clients on issues of compliance with federal, state and local laws and has first chaired arbitrations and civil trials in state and federal court.  

An Asheville native, Mindy attended the University of North Carolina Asheville and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art.  Mindy later ventured to Nevada where she attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree. 

In addition, Mindy is an adjunct professor of business law at Mars Hill University.  She is also a regular guest lecturer in Hospitality Law and Human Resource classes at Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College.  Mindy frequently volunteers in the community and serves as a member of the City of Asheville’s Sustainability Advisory Committee for Energy and the Environment and as Vice Chair of the Buncombe County Women’s Commission.
