Mountain Bizworks hosts advanced courses for growing business

Mountain Bizworks is hosting four new advanced courses to help grow businesses.  Any business hoping to grow to the the next level needs to focus on four key areas to insure that their expansion will make money and business operations are ready for growth.  All classes are taught by Bob Dunn, MBW Director of Consulting.

Beginning September 13 –  MODELS: Improving Business Logic for Making Money (3 sessions)
December – MONEY: Growing Revenue, Profits & Cash While Managing Debt (4 sessions)
March, 2013 – MARKETS: Adding Markets & Customers While Increasing Customer Loyalty (4 sessions) 
May, 2013 – METHODS: Increasing Capacity & Improving Yield While Reducing Costs (4 sessions) 

What You Will Learn: MODELS will lead participants through the steps of re-shaping, validating and strengthening their business model; i.e., the logic of making money involving all of the key internal and external elements of a business and the relationships between them. Participants will leave the course with an up-to-date business model that can be used to move their business forward.

Who Should Attend:  Any type of business – from a restaurant owner who wants to add a catering service, to a product manufacturer who is considering the addition of special-order products. Any business that is considering expansion – large or small – will benefit from this course.
