YPA seeking nominations for 40 under Forty Awards

Young Professionals of Asheville is partnering with the Biltmore Beacon/Mountaineer Publishing Co. to host the first ever 40 Under Forty Awards Gala in Asheville.

To nominate someone for 40 Under Forty, fill out the form on the web, or on letterhead. Then, in 200 words or less, explain why the nominee is worthy of the honor. Self-nomination is allowed, but each nominee will need letters of support (which can be submitted online or via mail) from at least one workplace colleague or supervisor and one member of the community at large.

40 Under Forty nominees are judged on their business success and their achievements as an active member of the community. Colleagues/Superiors are encouraged to concentrate their comments about the nominee on his or her work success. Members of the community should concentrate on the nominees efforts in service to the community.

Nominations are due April 6th, 2012. The Gala will take place on May 10th, 2012 at the Grove Park Inn.
