Announcements

  • Buncombe County has announced additional public input sessions as they move forward with their strategic planning process. The Board of Commissioners seek the public’s opinion on what success looks like in four different categories: environmental stewardship, educated and capable community, and resident well-being. The public’s response will guide future policy and budget decisions. Check out the input session dates and make your voice heard.
  • Zoe Dental hosted their second annual Smiles for Freedom event on November 5. Smiles for Freedom aims to address the need for affordable dental care in our community by providing free dental services to veterans and current military members. This year, Zoe Dental served 8 veterans and provided $36,000+ in complimentary services.
