Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity hosts 2nd annual Down Home Benefit – April 18th

On Saturday, April 18th Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity will host Down Home, an evening event starting at 6pm at the beautiful country setting of Yesterday Spaces in Leicester, NC.

The event includes:

  • Cocktail Hour with Silent and Live Auctions (includes vacation accommodations in Maui, Amelia Island and Shenandoah Valley, and many other wonderful items from local vendors!)
  • Bluegrass Music by WestWend
  • Southern Supper with all the fixin’s by Corner Kitchen Catering
  • Reading by award-winning local author Wayne Caldwell
  • Contra dancing for all led by Diane Silver with music by Good & Plenty

Event proceeds will benefit Asheville Area Habitat’s Building a Way Home campaign to triple the number of families served. Tickets are $60 (1), $110 (2) or $400 (table of 8).
