City Bakery’s Production Bakery has a new Production Manager, Dave Krishock. Dave Krishock most recently worked in the Department of Grain Science at Kansas State University as the BNEF (Bakers National Education Foundation) Instructor. He taught Bakery Science, Bakery Layout and Design. He also taught bakery courses for the International Grains Program. Prior to teaching in the department, he was a production manager at Zingerman’s Bakehouse in Michigan, the director of technical services in the bakery/food service division of King Arthur Flour Company in Vermont, and owned his own bakery in Highlands NC.

Dave, Wendi, his wife, Fizbo, their 14-year-old beagle, and Bradford, their six-year-old yellow lab, are ecstatic to be returning to WNC and joining the City Bakery Team.
