Parts unloader, picker and packer

A company in Hendersonville is looking to add a parts unloader, picker, and packer to their team. The job has 3 main parts: For 2 hrs at a time the job consists of unloading trailers with small boxes of motorcycle parts (15lbs) and motor cycle tires (20-40lbs). This is difficult because it needs to be fast paced and constant for 2 hrs. Picking part of job: work off of work orders and pick tires off of shelf in warehouse. Huge 500 Ft of space. Need to move quickly, use dolly to load tires and take them to packaging area. Packaging part of job: put together orders using the work order. Work order will tell you how many tires go for each order. The selected candidate for this position must be active, motivated, and willing to work hard. This is a temp to hire position. $9.50/hr to start, half way through evaluation move to $10/hr. Also opportunity to cross train and learn another position in warehouse. Drug screen required.

Scanner

A large IT department is looking for someone to take on a large scanning project and help with Medical Records. You will prepare the paper, label the documents and then scan them in to the database. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to sit and stand on the job. Medical knowledge/terminology is a must. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

3rd shift Machine Operator

A local manufacturer is looking for a machine operator to join their team. The selected candidate will have steady work history and experience working in a production environment. Daily duties include operating and maintaining a machine. Must have basic computer skills and be able to stand for an entire shift. Additional experience with quality inspection is a plus. Schedule is Monday – Friday 10:55pm to 7:05am. $11/hr temp to hire.

2nd Shift Tape Layer Operator

You will work with a small team to ensure a key part of the manufacturing process is completed. Schedule is Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am with occasional overtime on Fridays. Job duties include: Set up and run machine. Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance or minor repairs. Estimate time requirements, and assign priority on jobs, if applicable. Perform quality checks on the product throughout the machining process. Patient Account Representative

We are looking for 10 patient account representatives to join a billing and accounts receivable team for an employer in the healthcare industry.

As a patient account representative you will assist patients with billing issues and concerns, follow-up on accounts and arrange payment plans as needed. You will be managing both inbound and outbound phone calls to connect with patients who may have missed a payment, lost a bill or need reminding of a past due payment.

Responsibilities 1. Contact patients and/ or insurance agencies to process accounts that have errors or declined payments. 2. Document all follow-up activities and corrections in the patient accounting system and agency system. 3. Process mailed correspondence daily to resolve claim payments. 4. Maintain excellent customer service and refer unresolved issues. 5. Adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). 6. Provide excellent customer service to include direct contact and incoming/ outbound calls. 7. Constant adherence with all corporate policies and procedures. 8. Teamwork through example. 9. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Patient Financial Services or Project Team Lead. 

Preferred candidates will have previous phone customer service skills and experience working in the medical industry such as in a medical front or back office role. Candidates with previous non-medical customer service skills paired with medical office education will also be considered. Position requires extension computer work in a medical software program, MS Word and MS Excel. Department uses headsets for customer communication. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Growing Asheville manufacturer NOW HIRING a candidate with bondo and fiberglass experience for their new composite group. Duties also include general filling in and sanding out defects like when preparing a car body for repainting. Someone mechanically inclined preferred. Candidates with auto body experience, industrial painting background, or car painting / touchup experience will be top pick. Candidates with extensive dry wall experience and steady work history will also be considered. All applicants must consent to a drug screen and background check. Medical Assistant

We are actively seeking a Medical Assistant for a busy and large multi-specialty medical practice in Asheville. Duties primarily consist of: telephone triage and patient discharge review. You will also help with rooming patients, taking vital signs and reviewing patient history as needed. Medical Assistant duties primarily consists of: preparing charts for patients scheduled the next day, rooming the patients, taking vital signs, and reviewing histories and the current situation with the patient and their family. Phlebotomy is a plus! Both positions will work in All Scripts and Cerner systems. Selected candidates will have previous clinical experience with a preference given to candidates with ER, pediatric, or primary care clinic experience. Must consent to a drug screen, background check, TB screen and Flu Shot. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. All these positions are long term contract with the possibility to be hired permanently. Medical Assistant pay is between $12/hr to $19/hr.

You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to sit and stand on the job. High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Schedule is (3rd Shift) Wednesday – Saturday from 9:00pm- 7:30am for 4 days a week. Training will be on first shift for 2 weeks. The hours for training will be 7:30am – 4:00pm. Pay rate is $13.00 an hour.

Shipping/Logistics Clerk

A growing manufacturing facility is looking for an experienced shipping/logistics clerk to join their team. Job Duties include: Ship outgoing materials and products. Count items shipped and check against packing lists, recording any discrepancies. Prepare shipping reports and note any shortages or damages. May use picking lists and packing lists to perform order fulfillment operations. May perform repetitive work to stuff or load products, parts, or merchandise into designated packages, boxes, crates, or other receptacles. The selected candidate will have steady work history, previous shipping experience and experience in logistics. Must have computer experience and a valid forklift license. Full-time Call Center Customer Service Representatives (2nd Shift)

Forklift Operator

Operate the Ian wrap and perform minor repairs. The Fork-lift Operator will check codes on product, count cases, and store product in the warehouse. Completes appropriate paperwork for shipment of product. Print pick tickets and bills of lading from QAD accounting system. Experience & Skills Proficient in the safe operations of the lift and lift associated equipment (includes daily inspection and reporting). Must pass written and practical fork-lift tests. Must successfully complete and maintain the company Fork-lift Certification. Basic math skills and computer literacy using RF (scanner and QAD) equipment. Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner. High School Diploma or GED required Six months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
