Supervisory Boot Camp Training is designed to give managers and supervisors the essential knowledge and confidence to lead others in the workplace.  Participants will study key HR topics such as Employment Law & Compliance, Harassment Prevention, Hiring Best Practices, Coaching Your Employees, and Progressive Discipline.

Becki Haines, Director of Training and Consulting at LandrumHR, recently published an article titled, “5 Reasons Why Developing Middle Management is Crucial to Success.” In the article, she highlights a Gallup study stating that a staggering 87% of employees worldwide are not engaged: meaning small and large businesses alike cannot afford to overlook supervisory training and development.
