Mission Health accepting applications for sponsorship program

Mission Health, through its community sponsorship program, seeks to partner with community-based programs and organizations that share its goal of improving the health and wellness of communities across western North Carolina by allocating funds in a way that allows for strong collaboration and leverages resources to effect the greatest change.
We welcome requests that offer innovative approaches with measurable results; however, we cannot fund general operating expenses. 

Criteria:
Mission Health is please to consider sponsorship support for any non-profit organization or event that meets the following criteria: 

• Demonstrates a health or wellness component
• Addresses a health disparity or underserved population within Mission Health’s service region
• Aligns with one or more of Mission Health’s areas of focus:

• Behavioral Health
• Access to Care
• Healthy Living
• Building Community Capacity
• Vulnerable Populations

• Provides opportunity for Mission Health representatives to speak before an engaged audience of residents within our service region
• Partners with one of our identified Centers of Excellence or member hospitals.

• Number of event attendees
• Examples of promotional placements
• Number of individuals served
