The NC Department of Revenue, in conjunction with Haywood Community College will present a seminar titled “Business Tax Essentials”. The NC Department of Revenue will cover basic requirements to help North Carolina business owners understand the laws and obligations necessary to be a compliant business. The seminar will cover the basics of tax compliance ranging from registering your business, to withholding from employees, and sales and use tax requirements.
At the end of the seminar, there will be a question and answer session with the presenter and networking possibilities with other business owners.
