Shoji Retreats announces new yoga & wellness program

Shoji Retreats is pleased to offer new services to heighten their customers’ health and wellness experience by creating a transformational experience for the body, mind & soul. Private, one-on-one yoga instruction is offered, in addition to hot tub soaks, massage treatments, and customized overnight stays to include luxurious spa treatments & yoga classes.
All classes take place on Shoji’s outdoor yoga deck surrounded by endless tree canopies on the edge of the Pisgah National Forest. Guests also have the opportunity to participate in regularly scheduled evening yoga retreats that include a detoxing group yoga class, traditional Japanese hot tub soaks, relaxing time in our dry cedar sauna, spa amenities and much more for a flat fee. A soul-stirring experience that is sure to rejuvenate and re-center the spirit. 
Mini yoga retreats are also part of the offerings, beginning September 1st. These retreats  lead customers through all levels of Vinyasa-flow, focusing on proper alignment techniques, building strength, conscious breathing, and non-dogmatic philosophy and spirituality. 

All levels are welcome to participate.

Retreat includes access to the dry cedar sauna, cold plunge pool, and spa amenities. Hot tubs will be communal and open to all retreat participants, expect to meet and connect with fellow classmates as in traditional yoga retreat settings. Plan to stay 3 to 3.5 hours. 
Preregistration & advance payment is required at the time of booking. Classes must be scheduled online by participants, no walk-ins will be permitted. Space is limited to 12 students per retreat, book early!
