United Federal Credit Union celebrates opening of Asheville branch

United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) will mark the opening of its Asheville, North Carolina branch with a slateful of activities  including complimentary coffee and doughnuts for the public on Monday through Friday morning of next week.

“We hope people will stop by, let us introduce ourselves, and find out what we have to offer,” says UFCU Market Vice President Lee Beason. “The credit union model is different than a traditional bank. We are a not-for-profit, and that makes a difference.”

The branch at 1441 Patton Avenue opened its doors on Monday, August 1, 2016. To celebrate the occasion, the following grand opening events will take place:
