Urban Orchard Cider Co. and Charles Lee of American Pig partner to bring Asheville it’s first Live Fire Dinner, completely prepared over an open fire in the adjacent green space. All courses will be paired with Urban Orchard Craft Ciders and included in the ticket price. Chef Craig Deihl, James Beard Award nominee/semi-finalist, will be the featured chef and take the reigns on this monumental Western North Carolina experience.
Urban Orchard’s locally produced ciders have been incorporated into specially made: cured meats, mustards, marinades, vinegars and more.
Additional collaborators include the likes of Lusty Monk Mustard, The Hop Ice Creamery, Flora Boutique and Hickory Nut Gap.
