This program   will cover the changed white collar exemptions, interns, joint employers,   postliminary duties and the Department of Labor’s approach to enforcing these   new standards.  This half-day workshop will focus on educating participants on   the rates and types of crimes occurring in the workplace with a primary focus   on workplace safety training for managing assaultive behavior. While it’s not   100% preventable, and in some cases even expected, workplace violence can be   mitigated through environmental design, awareness, education and proactive,   frequent training.
