YMCA offers free fitness classes for all fitness levels beginning 2/24

Building on the momentum from the Weight of the Nation event last week, the YNCA is offering a free eight-week fitness class open to the community. Class takes place on Thursdays beginning January 24th from 3:30-4:15 p.m. 

The YMCA has partnered with Tonya Mease – Girl on a Mission to offer this free class. The class MISSION: WON will offer a variety of fitness tactics to get you in shape that will include HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio, plyometric drills, power resistance, core training and more. All fitness levels are welcome. The YMCA also has child watch available for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. In conjunction with this class there is also a kids yoga going on at the same time that is also available to children of MISSION: WON class participants. You do NOT have to be a YMCA member to participate.
